3. Cancellation Policy

We operate the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged

  • Failure to attend without notice or cancellation within 2 hours of the appointment: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged

This policy ensures appointment availability for other patients and protects clinic time.

4. Payment

Payment for treatment is required at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept payment through secure third-party payment processors.

Prices for services are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Medical Information

Patients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health history, medications, and medical conditions.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the safety and effectiveness of treatment.

6. Treatment Consent

By attending an appointment, patients consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment as discussed with the practitioner.

  • Stop treatment during a session
